I am passionate about the intersection of design, technology and business innovation, and its power to transform the way we live.
I am Design Innovation Lead for Philips HealthWorks in Cambridge, MA, supporting acceleration programs for start-ups and emerging internal ventures by harnessing the power of design thinking, agile design research and lean startup methods for sustained business growth.
I am also the Director of the Boston chapter for Startup Grind, a global community focused on supporting entrepreneurs and innovators through educational events.
Before joining Philips Design I was Vice-president at THE MEME, a strategic design consultancy focused on helping organizations discover opportunities for growth and innovation by developing human-centered interactive product and service experiences. I led multidisciplinary teams in the design of products, services and business innovation strategies for start-ups and corporate clients including Samsung Electronics, LG, Microsoft, iRobot, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Boston Children’s Hospital among others.
I have been guest lecturer and panelist at the Harvard Graduate School of Design, Stevens Institute of Technology, and at the IDSA’s international conferences, teaching and speaking about strategic design research, experience design, and innovation. Prior to joining THE MEME I was co-founder of CAPO design, a digital design agency, as well as UX researcher at Harvard’s Center for Design Informatics.
