Ellen Offner specializes in strategic planning and program development in health care and the arts. For nearly twenty years, Ellen worked at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care (HPHC). As VP for Medicare Programs, she created and ran First Seniority®, rated first in the nation by Consumer Reports. Earlier she was Vice President for Product Development and Management and Director of Strategic Planning at HPHC. During 2013-14 Ellen was a guest lecturer at the Harvard School of Public Health, coaching physician executives on business planning in the Masters in Health Management Program.
