Jane Craycroft is a seasoned administrator with over 20 years of leadership and public health experience. Jane has held various positions at top tier universities, hospitals, not for profits, and research institutes. In her current role at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute she oversees the finances, grants, personnel, and operations for one of the Institute’s academic research departments. Prior to joining Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in 2010, Jane served as the administrative director of a large, multinational natural product research program at Harvard Medical School that included collaborators in China, Hong Kong, Costa Rica, and the United States.
Jane holds a Master’s of Public Health from Boston University School of Public Health, and earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara. In addition, she also studied at the University of Nairobi, Kenya and at the Institute of Medicine, Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu, Nepal. She pursued a degree in public health to put her beliefs in social justice and health equity into action.
